Microsoft Teams can be used to give assignments, work on class projects collaboratively. Instruction can be differentiated by creating different teams based on their ability. Teams can also keep students abreast of when their assignments or projects are due and how their class schedule is set up. Students can have discussions on topics to deepen their understanding in real time.

Although I use several Microsoft applications, I found that I have avoided using Microsoft Teams. It could have been due to the fact that I was already comfortable using other conferencing and collaboration software such as Zoom or Google Meet and Docs. I never really thought about the myriad of capabilities that Microsoft Teams possessed. I must start to use it.
