Microsoft Teams is a game changing digital tool that transforms the digital workspace in the 21st century in many areas such as business and education and for personal use. This  digital tool with its many features drives productivity through real time collaboration and communication amongst multiple users simultaneously transcending beyond borders in a short time. Using AI technology any teams member can have a virtual 'bots' to manage their calendar and schedules giving it cutting edge administrative features.  Teams is user friendly and is supported by an extensive amount of  manufacturer's tutorials, blogs and online training.  Teams can be used on almost all platforms and  documents can be imported, exported, converted, shared and stored using the cloud system.  However, Teams is only compatible with newer versions of operating systems or devices.  Due to its connection to Microsoft Office 365, Teams is compatible with other applications.   While the help feature may provide general help Microsoft Teams lends support to its clients directly through an organization's IT administration.  

This digital tool provides a  space where  teachers  and educational leaders can collaborate, conference and connect to educational programs such as Kahoots to enhance the teaching learning process.  It is cost effective and provides a free trial for its Office 365 users which does not carry all the features such as scheduling and recoding but upgrades are somewhat affordable.  Microsoft Teams scored eighty- seven percent (87%) on the productivity rubric.  As a result, I would recommend this digital product to any organization that is interested in driving productivity and becoming more efficient.
