While Microsoft Teams is a diverse digital tool that can be transformative and increase productivity in the work space, there are two recommendations that can be made to enhance this product.  

Recommendation 1 

Microsoft teams needs to implement a virtual assistant as part of their online technical support.  While they provide support through IT administration, this does not benefit small businesses or schools within our region who rely on central Ministries of Education for support.  Users should have same time help while using the product itself.  Additionally, Microsoft Teams is a product that is sold world wide.  There should be toll free calling worldwide to support users every where. 

Recommendation 2 

Microsoft Teams specifies the versions of operating systems that they are compatible with.  As a worldwide product there should be some expansion to the list because users who do not live in the United States of America may not be running the most recent versions of the operating systems such as Windows 10 or 11.
